TurunTangan Serang movement is a volunteer-based social movement that aims to increase awareness of the surrounding community. Various activities of TurunTangan Serang have been carried out in various fields such as Environment (waste management in Kebuyutan Village, Serang) and Education (Serang Mengajar in Kebuyutan Village, Serang). TurunTangan Serang has only been formed since April 2019 and is still a nascent social movement in Serang. TurunTangan Serang itself still needs a lot of marketing as a network so that the people of Serang, Banten Province in particular can know about the existence of social movements in Serang.
TurunTangan Serang movement online platform is a website and mobile application for the TurunTangan Serang movement writing and marketing project. The main focus of the website and its applications is as a news and literary writing platform. I design websites and mobile applications from concept to deliverable. I also demonstrated my UX skills in terms of conducting user interviews, digital wireframing, prototyping, conducting usability studies, and iterative designs.
TurunTangan Serang movement has been running for almost 3 years, but the only digital media it has is Instagram. Over time, the need for reporting on activity news is inadequate if only through Instagram. One of the latest projects of the tts movement is to create a digital platform as a writing and marketing platform.

Secondary research or desk research is a research method that involves using already existing data. Existing data is summarized and collated to increase the overall effectiveness of research.
Secondary research includes research material published in research reports and similar documents. These documents can be made available by public libraries, websites, data obtained from already filled in surveys etc. Some government and non-government agencies also store data, that can be used for research purposes and can be retrieved from them.
Secondary research is much more cost-effective than primary research, as it makes use of already existing data, unlike primary research where data is collected first hand by organizations or businesses or they can employ a third party to collect data on their behalf.
